All items are handmade.  Due to the nature of handmade each item may slightly differ.

Please note that items may differ slightly in colour than that pictures due to monitor settings.

 

What kind of magical creations do you offer?

Welcome to Heather's Handknitz, where we whip up whimsical wonders! Our collection features handmade crocheted plush toys that are as cheerful as a sunflower on a sunny day. From the delightful "Amazing Corn" to the charming "Appreciative Apple," each piece is designed to sprinkle joy and warmth into your life (and maybe even your pet's!).

How do I care for my new cuddly companion?

Ah, the age-old question of plushie pampering! To keep your crocheted cuties looking spiffy, we recommend gentle hand washing with mild soap and air drying. (No tumble dryers, please! They’re not fans of the spin cycle.) Treat them like royalty, and they’ll reward you with endless snuggles!

Baby Sweaters & Baby blankets are are all washable and dryable.

Items are made with acrylic yarn, and polyester stuffing.  Some Stuffy's have plastic eyes : these are NOT recommended for children.

Can I return my items if it doesn’t tickle my fancy?

All sales are final.  If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us at heathershandknitz@yahoo.ca

How long does it take for my items to arrive?

Good question! Shipping times can vary, but we aim to get your new friend to you quicker than a rabbit on roller skates! Once your order is placed, we’ll send it out and keep you in the loop. Just sit back, relax, and maybe do a little happy dance while you wait!

Shipping only within Canada at this time.  I use a variety of carriers to get you the best rate and fastest shipping.

Do you offer gift wrapping for those special occasions?

While we don’t have a gift-wrapping service just yet, we believe that our plushies are already wrapped in love! You can always add a personal touch with a sweet note or a quirky card. After all, it’s the thought that counts, right? (And maybe a little bit of crochet magic!)
